Keio Students’ Initiative on Healthcare in Africa

アフリカ医療研究会

Keio Students’ Initiative on Healthcare in Africa has been focusing on studying medical systems, hygiene, and education in Africa. From 2012 to 2017, we travelled to the Democratic Republic of the Congo every summer to promote the healthcare system with people in the DRC. We conducted health checkups and healthcare workshops at a primary school in the DRC. In 2019, we travelled to Zambia. We usually have a weekly meeting at Shinanomachi Campus along with study sessions. This year’s ultimate goal is to visit Zambia. For those who are interested in our group, please feel free to contact us. Our door is always open!
